LCC hosts first Facility Cook Out

The Lincoln Correctional Center (LCC), had its Facility Cook Out on July 3, 2018.   The Food Services Management Team wanted the Institution to have a shared venue with staff and incarcerated individuals.  The 4th of July was the greatest opportunity to ensure everyone was able to celebrate our freedom as  Americans.  Staff and inmates enjoyed sharing their grilling skills and were happy to cook.  Our Menu included, Butterflied Chicken Breast, Roasted Corn on the Cob, a special Red, White , and Blue Jello Treat and Watermelon.  Thanks to LCC Food Service for making everyone at LCC feel Proud to be an American!
