NDCS inmates positive for COVID-19

August 30, 2020 (Lincoln, Neb.) – All housing units at the Nebraska State Penitentiary (NSP) are under quarantine, in order to ensure the health and well-being of those who live and work inside the facility.

Frakes announced that a staff member with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) is positive for the coronavirus (COVID-19). August 28, 2020 (Lincoln, Neb.) – Today, Director Scott R. Frakes announced that an inmate housed at the Nebraska State Penitentiary (NSP) has tested positive for the coronavirus (COVID-19).
