Religious and Volunteer Coordinator J Epp fields a radio call at the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women (NCCW).
Epp was has been with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) since 2015. His main job duties include coordinating religious activities and orientating volunteers.
“I always tell my volunteers that 92% of these women are going to be reentering society, so why not help them be assets?” Epp said. “Besides all of that, it’s just the right thing to do.”
