IN THE SPOTLIGHT:  Unit Case Worker Jim Gosch begins his day with processing incarcerated individuals in and out at the Community Corrections Center - Omaha (CCC-O).  Jim has been with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) since 1984. His main job duties include supervising those incarcerated and completing the many day-to-day activities at CCC-O.  "I enjoy my job because it keeps me young at heart, helping people," Gosch said.  #NDCSTeamMemberSpotlight
