IN THE SPOTLIGHT:  Unit Case Worker Michael Chipman begins his day by checking his e-mail at the Community Correctional Center of Omaha (CCC-O).  Chipman has been with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) since 2013, and took a break from corrections in 2017 before coming back. His main job duties include supervising incarcerated individuals and processing the many day-to-day activities at CCC-O.  "I enjoy my job because I’m helping people getting ready to go back into society," Chipman said.  #NDCSTeamMemberSpotlight
