IN THE SPOTLIGHT:  Lieutenant Trent Garvin pat searches a member of the media prior to his visit to the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women (NCCW).  Garvin has been with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) since 2013. His job duties include running the day-to-day operations of second shift, managing staff, talking with incarcerated individuals and most importantly keeping people safe.  "I enjoy coming to work every day because I enjoy meeting with and talking to both staff and inmates,” Garvin said. “NDCS does so many great things for our inmate population. Not only do we give the inmates the opportunity to change and better themselves, but we also give the staff the opportunity to grow in their careers."  #NDCSTeamMemberSpotlight
