IN THE SPOTLIGHT: Unit Caseworker (UCW) Alex Roth conducts a count in his housing unit.  UCW Roth began his career at the Tecumseh State Correctional Institution (TSCI) and has been with NDCS since June 2015.  Today he is working out of the Omaha Correctional Center (OCC) and is taking on extra duties as a facilitator for Thinking for a Change (T4C), a cognitive behavioral change program.

UCW Roth says he enjoys helping inmates better their lives, improving their skill set, and making sure they have the right tools to succeed upon their release.
