IN THE SPOTLIGHT:  Corporal Yuriy Kotsan unlocks a door at the Nebraska Correctional Youth Facility (NCYF).  Kotsan has been with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) since 2017. His main duties include escorting incarcerated individuals, monitoring yard time and resolving conflicts.  “I’m a former teacher so I understand how to work with younger guys,” Kotsan said. “Every person is different.
