Nine incarcerated men at the Lincoln Correctional Center (LCC) graduated from Thinking for a Change (T4C) on Oct. 12.
Behavioral Caseworker Thomas Sharp and Case Manager Kelly Ward facilitated classes, making a positive impact on students.
