IN THE SPOTLIGHT: Assistant Warden Trish Bernhards takes a call at the Nebraska Correctional Youth Facility (NCYF). Bernhards has been with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) since 1991. Cabardo has been with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) since 2009. His main duties include supervising and handling all human resource matters for the three NDCS institutions in Omaha.
