These men are now equipped with effective tools to make positive choices — both big and small. As graduates of the Thinking for a Change (T4C) program at the Tecumseh State Correctional Institution (TSCI), they spent several months working together to learn new skills and apply these to real-life scenarios.

Created by the National Institute of Corrections, T4C is a high-level cognitive behavioral program that utilizes role playing to address attitudes, behavior, family, friends and criminogenic thinking.
