Tier 4 Program participants celebrate achievements

An incentive is defined as a reward that encourages a person to take a certain action, behave better or work hard.

Tier 4 Program participants at the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women (NCCW), recently enjoyed their well-earned reward. This quarter, their choice was to indulge in a special meal from Pizza Hut. Rewards are earned by the women when they engage in positive behaviors and follow the rules of the institution. Each tier consists of different goals and incentives. The focus is to help encourage personal accountability for choices and actions.

These participants are on a roll (literally) as far as their achievements over the past year. Congratulations to all these ladies for all their hard work!
