On May 29, Tecumseh State Correctional Institution (TSCI) celebrated its 63rd Substance Abuse Unit (SAU) graduating class. For the first time at TSCI, graduation was celebrated with family and friends in the visiting room. Guest speaker Dr. Richard Thomas spoke of committing to change and the power of family support to the ten graduates.  Congratulations!
