Dance to Be Free program aims to change prison culture

Incarcerated women at the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women (NCCW) dance to Matisyahu's "One Day" as part of the Dance To Be Free (DTBF) program.
DTBF has trained over 100 incarcerated women as dance instructors, aiming to change the culture in prison.
"It makes me free," said Michale Dixon, who has been incarcerated for over 12 years. "It makes my spirit free."
