Team member Spotlight:

As we embark on Reentry week, it’s appropriate to highlight Philana Blakely, who recently assumed the position of Reentry Administrator.

Philana has been with NDCS since 2018, where she has overseen volunteer and religious services. In her current role, she will supervise the agency’s reentry specialists and will oversee the Vocational and Life Skills program.

Philana is also currently pursuing graduate degrees in public administration and social work.

Congrats to Philana for her promotion and many thanks to the members of NDCS reentry!
