NDCS Team Member Spotlight:

Corporal (Cpl.) Dillon Kortum was selected as the recipient of the 2020 Employee of the Year Award for the Operations Division at the Nebraska State Penitentiary (NSP). Cpl. Kortum consistently demonstrates a high level of teamwork, exceptional organizational skills, strong work ethic and is always looking to accomplish the NDCS mission of keeping people safe. He inspires his peers with his professionalism and his dedication to the team. Cpl. Kortum assists with the daily operations at NSP with a positive attitude, which makes him an excellent representative for the department.
