Courtney Hays, assistant to the deputy warden, processes paperwork at the Omaha Correctional Center (OCC).
Hays has been with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) since 2017. Her main duties include assisting the deputy warden, major and unit administrator with classification, documentation, correspondence and numerous other administrative duties.
“I enjoy the learning opportunities offered through training and from other team members,” Hays said. “I also love that NDCS supports continuing education of its team members.”
