For leaders in the workplace, developing the right mindset and skills makes all the difference in building a leadership legacy that inspires and guides others. This group of NDCS leaders successfully completed the First-Level Leaders program, where they learned to develop a leader mindset, evaluate their emotional intelligence, utilize resources and establish their own profession development plan.

During this 40-hour training program, team members from NDCS facilities across the department evaluated their strengths and learned ways to make a positive impact on the teams they lead. They also spent time engaging with other NDCS leaders during a leadership panel.
