The Nebraska State Penitentiary (NSP) recently welcomed Heather Slama as the facility’s human resources personnel manager. Prior to joining NSP, Heather was a laboratory scientist for NDCS, as well as an administrative technician at the Reception and Treatment Center. 

Her favorite part of the job is getting to work with team members on various aspects of their career and life changes. Outside of work, Heather enjoys gardening, attending auctions, studying and reading. Welcome to your new role, Heather! #NDCSTeammates
