Administrative Assistant Rebecca Renken was a recipient of the Innovation Award at the NDCS Annual Awards. Renken was instrumental in creating and training team members to use the online visiting reservation system. She is proficient in all Microsoft Office software and is always eager to teach others.

Renken is humble and truly cares for her teammates. She enjoys analyzing data to help make informed decisions that result in increased productivity. Renken is an excellent representative of the Lincoln Correctional Center and the department.
