All the way up at the front of the room… that’s Lindsey Carter talking to a full house at the graduation ceremony for the latest NDCS Leadership Academy.

The week-long program is tailored to those who supervise. Lindsey has done an excellent job of revamping the class to include topics like: What Makes a Good Leader?, Emotional Intelligence, 7 Habits for Managers, Clifton Strengths, How to Have Difficult Conversations and much more.

NDCS is driven to develop leaders from the ground up. We look forward to the contributions these 21 class members will make in their facilities and program areas. #MakeADifferenceRead more
