The third cohort celebrated their completion of the RISE program last month at NCCW. The RISE program helps incarcerated men and women increase their chance of success upon release and contributes to lowering the recidivism rate. Congratulations to all of the ladies who completed the class – many of whom graduated with distinction or honor. #RISE #ReduceRecidivism
