Ken is THE BEST at making sure proud parents and friends capture every moment of their loved one’s recognition.

As the training and development manager for NDCS, he ensures that all staff trainings run like clockwork, including the final moment – graduation.

These men at the Nebraska State Penitentiary recently spent time exploring this question as part of The 7 Habits on the Inside program.
