Happy to see another recruit class that is bringing vast experience to NDCS.

We are always excited to have folks apply who have prior experience with the military, policing, and criminal justice because their former work fits well with their new careers.

Hands shot up when Director Frakes welcomed this new group, many whom have those qualifications and more. Thanks for making the decision to Keep People Safe.

Ken Sturdy poses for a lot of pictures – and we mean a lot of pictures!

Every month, he hands out the badges to new graduates of the agency’s Staff Training Academy.

Ken is THE BEST at making sure proud parents and friends capture every moment of their loved one’s recognition.

As the training and development manager for NDCS, he ensures that all staff trainings run like clockwork, including the final moment – graduation.

Thank you Ken and congrats to the Class of 822!
