Unit Manager Jonathan Watt was a recipient of the Supervisor/Manager of the Year Award at the recent NDCS Annual Awards. Watt has exceled in a leadership position when he has been placed in an acting Unit Administrator position on multiple occasions. For two decades, Human Resources Manager at Central Office (CO) Linda Bos has been working behind the scenes in hiring, promoting and recruiting. She currently supervises a recruiting team that has grown over the years as a result of her innovative ideas. Known for his leadership and professionalism, Behavioral Health Practitioner David Jal was recognized as the November Employee of the Month at the Tecumseh State Correctional Institution (TSCI).
